Coaches/Founders

Hi, I’m Kahan Kanuga, a sophomore at North Hollywood Highly Gifted Magnet. I’ve been doing speech and debate for 6 years and have made it placed in the top 5 at both state and national finals for congressional debate, impromptu speaking, extemporaneous speaking, and informative speaking. Along with that, I have qualified for the National Speech and Debate Tournament and the National Individual Events Tournament of Champions I love to play tennis, ski and participate in Model United Nations at my school. I’ve loved teaching this past year and I’m so excited to continue to see Voices in Motion grow!

Hi, I’m Ashrith Kasinadhuni, a sophomore at Granada Hills Charter High School. I am an avid Speech and Debate enthusiast, with numerous National and State level awards across multiple NSDA categories throughout my middle school and high school career. I am a 4x national finalist and 1x champion in Congress and Extemp; also being state champion in other several categories! I have recently qualified for the Tournament of Champions and will be going to represent the LA County nationally. Because academics aren’t the only thing,  I am an athlete with love for tennis and cricket! I also ski and love gaming! I’m so excited to share everyone my skills through Voices in Motion!
